Registered in January 2019 Ambition Community Healthcare was founded by three experienced care professionals. Having worked first-hand in the complex care sector for a combined 40 years Matthew, Ross and Lisa sought to create a care provider that put clients and their needs first.
Now an established provider Ambition Community Healthcare works 24/7 with both adults and children to give them a full and happy life. Our staff are meticulously trained to ensure the utmost safety for our service users working with their wider network including family, peers and medical professionals to provide the highest quality service.

Kelly Sheldrake
Registered Manager

Caroline Macpherson
Regional Branch Nurse

Trained as an SRN in 1983 in Sheffield Caroline found her calling specialising in care of the elderly. She furthered her experience in multiple roles gaining experience within the NHS in Elderly Acute Medicine and Rehabilitation. Following this she moved into private nursing home care managing clients with neurological disorders, learning difficulties and Dementia before moving into Ambition Community Healthcare whereby her wide range of experience is hugely valued our Service Users and wider team.

Katy Hackett
Regional Branch Nurse

Katy is a highly experienced Nurse with a wide range of knowledge. Having gained experience both for the NHS and with private providers such as Ambition Community Healthcare, Katy is a real asset to our team. Working with our paediatric packages Katy has a fantastic rapport with our clients and their families.

Sinead Smith
Trainee Assistant Practitioner
Having worked previously as a Rapid Response Support Worker for Ambition Community Healthcare, Sinead progressed into her Trainee Assistant Practitioner role following her work on several our packages.
She is keen to expand her existing experience in both physical and mental health care and learn new clinical skills hence her securing this role in our Head Office Team. She is studying as part of her position as well as working with our Service Users and their families.

Emma Jacobs
Recruitment Consultant

Having worked in the complex care industry for many years Emma has a wealth of experience meaning she knows just what it takes to be a successful Support Worker. She has worked for Ambition Community Healthcare since its infancy and has seen it grow first-hand. Her role as Recruitment Consultant is a key part of the growth of the organisation and finding new talent to support our Service Users.
