Employee Training
At Ambition Community Healthcare we believe it’s crucial that our employees receive the highest level of training. We offer the following programmes to all staff however some are compulsory, and others are done voluntarily should our employees wish to further their skills and knowledge.
Induction Training

All staff are required to undertake our full Company Induction, this is run in house by a qualified member of staff.
All Support Workers, Assistant Practitioners and Nurses are also required to undertake our full clinical training. This is led in house by a senior member of our Nursing Team.
Service User Specific Training
Each of our Service Users will have a specific set of requirements when it comes to both their clinical and personal care. We ensure all staff are fully equipped with the skills needed to successfully care for our Service Users prior to them working. This will often be carried out via a ‘shadow shift’ combined with additional clinical training from our Nursing Team.
Care Certificate
The Care Certificate is an agreed set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in the health and social care sectors.
The Care Certificate is a training course that is made up of the 15 minimum standards that should be covered if you are ‘new to care’.
