Ambition Community Healthcare provides bespoke packages of care, tailored to the choices and needs of our clients and their families/next of kin. 

Our support workers receive specialist training in a wide variety of clinical interventions. We provide our team with this level of knowledge through our comprehensive specialist training courses and nurse-led competency process. 

You or your loved one could be referred to Ambition Community Healthcare via a variety of channels including ‘Continuing Health Care’ funding, NHS fast-track and private funding. We are also able to support those on Personal Health Budgets. We are experienced in supporting clients with a variety of clinical conditions, often requiring multiple complex care interventions.

Working together with our multi-disciplinary team ensures that each client receives the highest level of care. Our training and competency processes are in line with current best practice and continually reviewed for accuracy.
