Competitive salary

Competitive hourly pay-rates dependant on the complexity of the package of care. Plus, enhanced rates for bank holidays.

Training

All attendance of classroom-based training is paid for by Ambition Community Healthcare and free to attend. We offer bespoke specialist training for all our complex packages delivered by our skilled branch nurses.

Holiday pay

Our Holiday pay is an accrual scheme, meaning the more hours you work the more holiday you accrue.

‘Refer a Friend’ scheme

We will pay you £100 for every successfully employed support worker you refer to us subject to terms of business. There is an uncapped limit to the number of friends you can refer.

Staff recognition

We value each of our support workers and reward our staff who go above and beyond their duties. We operate a ‘Support worker of the month’ scheme rewarding staff for their contributions. 

Monthly newsletters

Keeping you up to date with all relevant legislation, what is going on in the business, opportunities and live job vacancies. We encourage staff to get involved in the Newsletter so we can share all the great work we all do both internally and externally.
