CQC Inspection

What is the Care Quality Commission and what does this mean for me and my family?

The CQC is the independent regulator of Health and Social Care in England, with the objective of ensuring that people have access to safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led care services. They monitor, inspect and regulate these services to make sure that they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. They publish what they find and give each provider performance ratings so you can ensure we are caring for your loved ones in the best possible way.

What did our latest inspection say?

We were delighted to receive an overall rating of ‘Good’ during our latest inspection. We were marked as ‘Good’ in all key areas including but not limited to the following:
  • ‘Is the service safe? Good’
  • ‘Is the service effective? Good’
  • ‘Is the service caring? Good’
  • ‘Is the service responsive? Good’

  • We are incredibly proud of this rating as this is a direct reflection of how hard our teams work especially during challenging times such as the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.
