Remote – Fulltime/Part-time/Temporary and permanent Positions
Ambition Community Healthcare are recruiting for a number of positions across Norfolk and Suffolk.
We are looking for Support workers to support both adults and children with varying healthcare needs.
Job Description
As a Support Worker with Ambition you will be responsible to support individuals with various social and healthcare needs. You will be supporting individuals with every daily living tasks within their own homes and to access the community.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to
- Assisting with Personal care
- Assisting with Fluid and Nutrition
- Ensuring Mental Health Wellbeing
- Tracheostomy Care
- Spinal Injury care
- Ventilation Care and management
- Gastrostomy care
- Medication management
- Epilepsy management
- Light household cleaning
- Reporting and recording
Qualifications
No previous qualifications are essential however the following are desirable
- The Care Certificate
- NVQ 2/3 in Health and social care
- Experience in Complex care
We are able to offer candidates all the training they require to become a successful member of one of our fantastic support team within the community

Perks of the Job
Competitive Salary
Pay rates depend on the complexity of the package of care.
£9.50 – £11.50
Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays
Training
All attendance of classroom based training is paid for and free to attend.
We offer bespoke specialist training for all our complex packages delivered by our Branch Nurses
Holiday pay
Our Holiday pay is an accrual scheme, meaning the more hours you work the more holiday you accrue.
Refer a Friend Scheme
We will pay you £100 for every support worker you refer to us subject to TOB’s.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
